1. Estimates only
Fuel Hauler Pro (the "App") calculates tank volumes, stick readings, ullage and drop predictions from generic geometric models of common underground storage tank sizes. Real tanks vary because of manufacturer differences, installation tilt, deformation, end shape, sediment, water, temperature and measurement error. Results are approximations for reference only and are not certified calibration data.
2. Your responsibility
You must verify every reading and prediction against the tank manufacturer's or site's official calibration chart, the automatic tank gauge, the overfill prevention equipment and your employer's and the site's delivery procedures before and during every delivery. You remain solely responsible for safe product delivery, for preventing overfills, spills, cross-drops and releases, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including EPA, state, local and fire code requirements.
3. Not professional advice
The App is a convenience tool. It is not a safety device, overfill alarm, inventory control system or substitute for training, professional judgment or required equipment.
4. AI photo scan
The console photo scan uses artificial intelligence to read numbers from images. It can misread, miss or invent values. Always confirm scanned values against the console before using them.
5. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data you save will not be lost.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App's owner and operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of product, property, revenue or data, environmental damage, cleanup costs, fines, penalties, injury or death arising from or related to your use of, or reliance on, the App or its results. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the App, if any.
7. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the App's owner and operators from any claims, damages, losses, fines and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your deliveries, or your violation of these terms or any law.
8. Trademarks
Veeder-Root, Xerxes, Containment Solutions, ZCL, Owens Corning, Highland, Modern Welding, STI, Permatank and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
9. Advertising and accounts
The App shows ads served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies. If you create an account, we store your email, name and the sites and drops you save so you can use them across devices. Do not enter information you are not allowed to share.
10. Changes
We may update the App and these terms at any time. Continuing to use the App means you accept the current terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
