Who runs this app

Fuel Hauler Pro is built and run by Terry, an independent fuel hauler. Questions about your data: fuelhaulerpro@gmail.com.

Without an account

The calculators, tank chart and drop math run on your phone. The numbers you type are saved on this phone so they are there next time. They are not sent to us unless you sign in.

Your account

If you make an account we keep your name, email and password (stored scrambled, never in plain text). If you use Google sign-in we get your name, email and profile picture from Google.

Signed in, we also keep what you save: stations, tanks, tank charts, logged drops, trailers, customers and your settings, so they follow you to any phone.

Location

The app only uses your location when you allow it. It is used to find your saved stations nearby and to look up store tanks in the EPA's public records. Your position is sent to the EPA's public map service for that lookup.

When you save a station, its location is saved with it.

Photos you scan

Console printouts, BOLs, tank charts, stick photos and manway photos are sent over an encrypted connection to our AI reading service (Google Gemini, run through Emergent's AI service) to read the numbers. We do not keep these photos after they are read. Only the numbers come back to your phone.

Please don't photograph anything private, like a license or a card. Photos you attach to a help question are kept so the owner can answer, and are deleted on request.

Help chat, questions and reviews

Help chat messages are answered by the same AI service. Questions you send to the developer are saved and emailed to the owner with the email you give.

Reviews show your name and text publicly only after the owner approves them.

Donations and payments

Donations are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep the amount, date, Stripe payment ID and the email Stripe gives us, so we can send a thank-you and handle refunds. Stripe's privacy policy covers what Stripe collects.

Ads

Some screens show Google ads. Google may use cookies to show and measure ads. You can change ad personalization in your Google ad settings.

Who else processes data

The app runs on Emergent's cloud hosting. Emails are sent through Emergent's email service. Payments go through Stripe. Photo reading and help chat go through Google Gemini via Emergent. EPA lookups go to the U.S. EPA's public map service. We don't sell your data.

Keeping and deleting

We keep account data until you ask us to delete it. Email fuelhaulerpro@gmail.com from your account email and we will delete your account and saved data. Signing out removes your sign-in from this phone.

Children

Fuel Hauler Pro is a work tool for fuel drivers and is not meant for children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
